Meet the founder
Fiona
With a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Fiona’s career has taken her across the globe—from England to New Zealand, then Wales. She now calls Canada home, supporting both her professional community and the learning journey of her own family.

- Canada
Fiona brings over 20 years of applied behaviour analytic experience, including a decade as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. Her clinical passions include generative instruction, early skill development, verbal behaviour analysis, and academic curriculum design—always with a trusty standard celeration chart in hand.
Her work is grounded in best-practice, evidence-based intervention, but it’s the human connections that fuel her fire. Fiona collaborates closely with those who matter most to the learner—parents, grandparents, siblings—and with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and educators.
She’s known for blending precision with playfulness, and for asking “What’s possible?” even when the answer isn’t obvious.

Our history
How Behaviourlytics grew
Behaviourlytics was born from the belief that learning doesn’t stop—it evolves. These milestones shaped how we support families today.
The beginning
The idea for Behaviourlytics was formed with a vision of providing individualized, evidence-based ABA services that support meaningful outcomes for children and families in North-East Calgary. Behaviourlytics welcomed its first clients and began building the foundation for a family-centred practice.
Growing to serve families
Behaviourlytics was officially incorporated, creating a stronger foundation for growth and expanding services to better support families, schools, and communities.
10 years as a BCBA
A decade of board certification marked an important professional milestone, reflecting ten years of clinical leadership, ongoing learning, and commitment to quality service delivery. Learn more about board certification at www.BACB.com.

Transition to ABA Flow
Behaviourlytics adopted ABA Flow to enhance client onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and service delivery for families and professionals.
